Kumar Sangakkara himself announced the nomination of Claire Conor, managing director of women’s cricket at the England and Wales Cricket Board. Claire Conor represented England in 16 Tests and 93 ODIs between 1995 and 2005. He took 24 wickets with 502 runs in Test cricket. He has 1087 runs and 80 wickets in ODIs.
