Hinduja Group’s business is mainly in Mumbai and they are headquartered in London. This business group is active in the vehicle hotel banking and healthcare services sector.

London : The property dispute between members of the Hinduja family has reached the High Court of Britain. The dispute is about the future of assets of approximately $ 11.2 billion. The 84-year-old Srichand Parmanand Hinduja, who is called the ‘guardian’ of the family, has taken the matter to court. Srichand Parmanand Hinduja filed the suit against his brothers GP Hinduja (80), PP Hinduja (75) and AP Hinduja (69). He filed the suit regarding the ‘validity and effect’ of a letter dated July 2, 2014. This letter states that the property which will be in the name of any one brother, will be part of the four brothers.

Another letter dated July 1, 2014, is also said to be related to this dispute. A petition filed on behalf of Srichand Parmanand Hinduja urges that these documents be declared legally ineffective. He argues that these documents should not be valid in any form as a will, nor power of attorney nor any other binding document. He has also appealed to issue directions to stop the use of this document.

While hearing the matter in the High Court’s Chancery Division, Justice Fock partially refused to issue a confidentiality order in it. He has also allowed Veenu, the daughter of SP Hinduja, to work as a ‘friend in lawsuit’ and preserve her father’s interests due to her father’s illness.

The Hinduja brothers, who run the Hinduja Group of Companies, have a net worth of £ 16 billion, according to the Sunday Times’ 2020 list of the rich. His business is primarily in Mumbai and headquartered in London. The business group is active in the auto, hotel, banking and healthcare services sectors.
