New Delhi: In our fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, New Delhi Municipal Council ( NDMC ) has become a proud partner participating with the rest of the country to introduce the COVID vaccine.
The Charak Palika Hospital ( CPH ),Moti Bagh, New Delhi is one of the designated hospitals for dissemination of the vaccine, out of the seven hospitals in New Delhi district and 81 hospitals in Delhi City.
Further, 9 Maternity and Child Welfare Clinics and Palika Maternity Hospital have also been designated as COVID vaccination centers.
The initial roll out will be undertaken at Charak Palika Hospital (CPH). The vaccine, received on January 15th, same is preserved on the CPH campus and a provision of 100 beneficiaries consisting of health care workers per site has been estimated.
After the National launch, the vaccine drive at CPH commenced 11.30 am onwards.
The introduction of the vaccine drive is a landmark initiative which will help the Medical Services Department, NDMC in saving lives and serving the city better.
NDMC endeavours to continue to ensure quality of life and good health for all the citizens of New Delhi.
