Noida, Four youths beat up a constable posted in PRV in Noida. The case is from Sector-24 police station area. On the complaint of the constable, the police registered a case and arrested all the four accused. They are being questioned. The constable has been sent home after medical checkup.
It is being told that the driver of an MP from another district is also among those who beat up the constable. However, the police has denied this.
ADCP Manish Mishra said that Vikas is posted on a PRV vehicle. He was going towards Gijhod after finishing his duty. During this time, four people had parked their vehicle on the road. He asked the four to park the vehicle on the roadside. An argument started on this. The argument escalated so much that all four of them beat up the constable. The people present there somehow freed the constable. After this, the police was informed.
On receiving the information, the police of Sector-24 police station reached. The police took Vikas to the hospital. There, medical and first aid was done. After this, Vikas was left at home.
On the complaint of the victim, the police formed a team. After examining the CCTV footage and questioning other people, four accused Shiv Kumar, Deepak, Shivam and Anoop were arrested. According to the police, the dispute started when the bike was removed from the middle of the road. Meanwhile, the four accused beat up constable Vikas.
The police said that all four have been arrested. They are being questioned. A case has been registered regarding the incident and the investigation is going on.
