East Delhi: In Pursuance of Zero Tolerance Policy against organized crime in the area of PS Preet Vihar, incessantly sincere efforts are being made by the staff of Preet Vihar Police Station to free the area from the clutches of organized crime.
On 18.11.2023, during patrolling received information regarding a suspect person with a sharp knife. The information was further developed and a raiding party was constituted by SHO/Preet Vihar Hira Lal, comprising HC Mukesh, HC Vikas, and Ct. Anubhav. Subsequently, a raid was conducted at Ganda Nala behind Chitra Vihar Jhuggi, and a person was apprehended, in search, a sharp knife was recovered from his possession. On interrogation, he was identified as Mohd. Razi Ahmed @ Munna R/O Chitra Vihar, Age 36 yrs. Accordingly, a case FIR vide FIR No. 383/23, U/s 25/54/59, Arms Act, PS Preet Vihar, Delhi has been registered and an investigation taken up.
RECOVERY: – ONE SHARP KNIFE.
PROFILE:- Mohd. Razi Ahmed @ Munna R/o Chitra Vihar Delhi-92, Age-36 yrs is an illiterate and a habitual smoking addict. He has 9 previous criminal involvements.
