Kovind will arrive at Goa’s Dabolim International Airport at 12.55 pm and then, after a brief stop at the Raj Bhavan, will garland the martyr’s memorial at Azad Maidan, located at Panaji’s city square. We will then formally launch the cultural program at 6 pm. Kovind will leave from here on Sunday evening.

Rashtrapati Bhavan said in a statement on Friday, “The President of India Ram Nath Kovind will be visiting Panaji in Goa on December 19 and 20, 2020.”

Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has said that during Kovind’s visit, various cultural groups from all regions of Goa will perform together and a 10-minute documentary related to the history of Goa will also be screened at the venue.
