Seeking to inject fresh energy into the party, the All India Minority Front (AIMF) inducted Mr Bharadwaj Rajender Singh into the party fold on “a mission” to transform its fortunes ahead of the assembly elections due in several states across the country.
Mr Singh will be working in the capacity of National Secretary, the AIMF announced on Monday.
The 54-year-old is associated with several national and state level political parties as an advisor and policy maker. He will take charge of his responsibility as National Secretary from this week.
Mr S M Asif, national president AIMF who made the appointment, said, “Today, we had an important meeting of the Central Committee office bearers of the AIMF along with Sri Bharadwaj Rajender Singh, President, Teachers Academic Club (India) and the General Secretary, Hyderabad Lok Sabha Constituency Citizens Council,”
“He has kindly accepted our offer of leading the party as a Central Committee Secretary. He will be a full time Party functionary,” Mr Asif declared.
“We hope he will push the party’s true ideology which involves working for the progress of the poor, backward and downtrodden people,” he added.
