1) Mr. Aujla please Introduce yourself to our Indian audience.

Hi! My name is Happy Aujla. I make travel vlogs and tech videos for a living. I’m also passionate about supercars and attend car events when I can. My goal is to travel the entire world and vlog every country. I started both of my youtube channels as a fun hobby and to see where it takes me. With dedication and commitment, my channels brought me success and allowed me to travel and work from anywhere.

2) What made you choose Travel vlogging as a career and how can one make a source of income from it?

I love traveling and want to share my experience with others. I started travel vlogging without any expectations of having any income from it. But it was people’s love and support that made my channel what it is today. My advice for any YouTubers is to choose a niche they love. Youtube requires a lot of dedication and time. As I say, “Youtube is a marathon, not a sprint race” The harsh truth is you won’t get success overnight or even for a few months. Doing what you love makes it seem less like work and more like a hobby.

3) USA Tourism is shown from a different perspective in all of your videos. Moreover, you always make sure your audience connects with you! What’s the magic behind it?

No magic behind it. I make videos in a way that I would talk to my friends. Also, I always try to talk about my experiences in a way others would understand. The easiest way to do that is to put yourself in your audience’s shoes. If you were the audience, you always want to ask yourself, would you enjoy Happy Aujla’s videos and understand him?

4) Any plans of covering the Middle East in your future videos.

I plan on covering the Middle East, hopefully, this year. I took a trip to India in early 2020 and had a long layover in Abu Dhabi. I planned to use this time to vlog Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but the pandemic happened, and flights were being banned. But there’s always another time. So let’s hope the Middle East vlog happens this year, and the audience will love it as much as the other vlogs.

5) Being an American, You are deeply connected to your Indian roots. What message do you have for your Indian buffs across the globe?

It’s essential to stay connected to your roots, no matter your religion or ethnicity. My message for my Indian fellows anywhere is to remain true to yourself. For Indians that grew up abroad and didn’t know much about their religion and country, make an effort to understand where you come from. India is not just a land of snake charmers and the Taj Mahal. There’s much more to know and so much history to be read. The easiest way to gain this knowledge is by asking our parents.

6) At last, what expansion plans do you have for your channel. Please elucidate.

As mentioned before, my goal is to vlog in every country in the world. I’m trying to vlog domestically and internationally as much as possible, but I’m a go-with-the-flow kind of guy. I take opportunities as they come. Sometimes, you may see a vlog of another US state; other times, an international vlog. Currently, I have one domestic and one international vlog planned. With the audience’s continuous love and support, my channel will expand and be successful.

Maroof Hilal Sofi, son of Hilal Ahmed, hails from saffron town pampore. Maroof Hilal has won fourteen gold, nine silver and three bronze in his field. Kashmir’s pulwama district has outshined in manipuri style martial art, Thang ta and secured a place in the list of senior state players of the sport.

A teenager Maroof Hilal serves as an inspiration for other teenagers of his area by emerging and promising athlete who has won many medals at national level and state level. Maroof was selected for internationals but due to Covid 19, the competition was called off. Before going further let’s see some pictures of Maroof Hilal.

If we talk about his journey then, He started his journey in 2014, when he was just 12 years old. One day From his school some players were selected for district championship and he was among them. Maroof Hilal played his first district championship in international school Patal Bagh, where he secured a silver medal.

Maroof said, After that day i got too fascinated to know much more about this game and want to get well prepared in this field of sports. After that he participated in state championship and finally got a Gold medal. then, he was selected for national level, where he got a silver medal.

Maroof is very much fortunate as he got best possible concern from his parents from beginning, without support he wouldn’t have reach to this level. Maroof added, After that all this got repeated to try my level best for district, state. Again was selected for national and secured again gold medal.

Being district best fighter, he became a coach of pampore Thang ta club, state official.

Maroof added, As the game is treated equally by girls and boys, especially girls should take an active dreaded for self defense.

if we talk about support then Muntazir Ali is more fortunate as his parents support him the most from the beginning and without concern of his parents it was quite impossible to achieve these awards.

‘ if we have clear vision  we will surely achieve it ‘

Muntazir Ali added, I am not the best but what makes me best is hard work and confidence and  this confidence encourage me to do something big .

Behind my success is my coach that he has given me lots of chance to fight in different tournaments and his believe on me makes him proud. It’s nothing but what my coach teaches me has became a reason to be winner…

19 years old Shariya Manzoor won two 2 silver medals in UT boxing championships as well national gold medalist in thang soo doo and also participates in belt wrestling. She has also won a Silver medal at state taekwondo championships and participated in the belt wrestling championship. Being a girl it was very arduous for her to take a part in boxing because of societal oppression but she is Challenging all odds she had chosen the sports field at a Young age and has won many gold medals in boxing. Before going further let’s see some pictures of her.

Her journey starts from 2018 when she was in 11th grade. She was playing badminton before with her father then, she thought of taking part in sports and used to go Indore stadium for practice. There, she thought i should prefer martial arts . Now after three years she again start her carrier in boxing which is her natural game but want support from Sports Council & where she can prove her abilities. But still she didn’t got a bit assure from sports even she left her own district and used to Srinagar but when she go for playing they said to her “you are not allowed to play her as you are from Pulwama district”. She felt much disappointed but isn’t it inspiring that she didn’t even think about giving up rather prepared herself for further difficulties, awkwardness.

Shariya Manzoor endured all odds She has earned a name in the field of sports through her brilliant achievement’s so far she had two gold and one silver in Thang-Ta. She has represented Jammu and Kashmir on a national level many times and received young leadership award by LG Manoj Sinha.

None of the professional coach for boxing is available as she is learning at Lion’s Den which is Private Academy in Pulwama, and it’s much difficult to learn without a support/ guidance. Shariya Manzoor said, “If a Govt Coach will be available there are other girls which will earn a name in boxing not only in Pulwama but whole South Kashmir”.

Shariya Manzoor says, I’m requesting to every parent that if your daughter wants to take part in martial arts please let her go and support her so that she will be able to fulfil her dreams and I’m requesting to administration that please provide us every type of facilities in sports. Shariya Manzoor added, if you want to achieve something in your life then don’t think about consequences and societal oppression because these are enough points to feel discouraged and think about giving up.

Fiza Nazir Martial Arts Athlete played national level martial arts

At 9 years of age, fiza had already played national level martial arts, this would mark the beginning of a highly successful road for her. When Fiza Nazir was in second or third grade, her father (Nazir Ahmad) an athlete, who was associated with football and weight lifting for years, told her, ‘if he had a son, he would have pursued his dream of becoming a champion. So, these words of her father became a challenge for Fiza Nazir but she didn’t feel discouraged nor thought about giving up rather she prepared herself for more difficulties because she was knowing about our communalism. This brave thinking of Fiza Nazir made her more special and inspiration for other girls or martial players. Fiza Nazir has won against many countries like Bhutan, China, the Philippines and South Korea. Before going further let’s see some pictures of her.

Besides her father assured her that most even the whole family has been very concerned throughout her journey. The same is from Fiza Nazir to her father, who despite odds and communal oppression dispense all plausible prerequisite and assure her daughter. She is feeling very much lucky to have a family like this because you might have seen that most of our society members didn’t allow girls to play but she is the one who didn’t care about others, she just thinks about herself and work for goals. Fiza Nazir says it wouldn’t have been achievable for her to win all these awards without his support/guidance. She believes that “Winning or losing is the part of the sports, but giving moral support to a player pushes him/her for success. It was not easy for her to go for daily practice and studies simultaneously, So, she decided to keep her studies on hold just for a year. But after that year she starts preparing for the NEET examination.

As already known that she lives in downtown and during turbulence it became much difficult to go outside, but she always make it a point not to miss any single day of practice classes. Fiza has risen above everything to be one of the premier martial art athletes of the valley.

Despite performing great in her field, Fiza Nazir argues that there is no monetary concern from the State Sports Council for the players. “Every time ministers and other government officials came to watch sports programs, they announced a long list of facilities and benefits for the players. But later none was delivered. The sports sector in Kashmir lacks many facilities. She demanded that it is time for authorities to address players’ demands and boost the field of sports in Kashmir.

Fiza Nazir said that playing martial arts gives her more immense satisfaction and makes her more energetic and “Thang-Ta is a highly satisfying game” Says Fiza Nazir.

The j&k Thang_Ta championship organized by the j&k Thang_Ta association concluded at the indoor sports hall. Fiza Nazir was declared champion of champions in the women’s section.

It was very difficult for him to be a bodybuilder because of the narrow thinking of society as they were always used to criticize him he said that no one was with him at that time after that he used to do a part-time job and other works to full fill his diet requirement.

He used to earn money at that time and at the same time he was working on his body. He said Kashmir is a very neglected area as gym centers were in bad situations and there was no such good equipment. But the good thing is he never loosed his hope and worked hard day by day. He was going through very difficult situations to achieve his goal.

It was much difficult for him to work out because he used to walk 10km’s to reach the gym center then he used to spend at least 5 hours to non-stop workout then walk again 10km’s to reach home.

After that, he used to work on a part-time job his meals. From 6am to 11am he used to work continuously. Then in 2011, he competes for the first time. He competes for Mr. Kashmir Mr. j&k. In some competitions, he was runner up and he won some competitions. After some time he moved on from Kashmir for other competitions in India.

He won Mr. Musalmina India in 2020. Now, he is struggling because of so many situations in Kashmir but he never lost his hope and has worked very hard to achive his dream. During the lockdown, everyone got time to find themselves and if we will talk about Azka Bhat then it is really impressive that she developed an interest in calligraphy. She was totally unaware of calligraphy but she used to practice daily with simple sketch pens and brushes. Firstly, she began with simple/casual and the thing is that she was not sure whether she will be appreciated or not.

Actually, she was kinda intimidated of by negative responses but then her friends and family motivate her the most, they began to appreciate her work which made her stronger, and then she used to do more and more hard work for calligraphy.

After that, she got her tools whatever she needed for calligraphy. Now, if we will talk further then she is also interested in Mehendi art. She started it when she was a kid  (in class 6th) her mother brought a book for her wherefrom she used to learn new patterns of Mehendi.

When there was lockdown in 2019, Everything was shut down and she had nothing to do. so, she decided to make some wall hangings, learn Mehendi designs then she also made glass paintings. Initially, she started as time pass out but gradually her interest grew and it became her passion. When her friends saw her talent then she compelled her to join any art class. But it was lockdown so she couldn’t join any art class but she decided to learn on her own then she used to buy some more colors and she made whatever her mind stroked.

Born into a middle-class family in 1984, Naaz Joshi had to face discrimination from the family early in the life who renounced her being different from others and sent them to Mumbai under peer pressure at the age of seven to live with her uncle and cousins. With a huge family and financially weakened, she had to take up the job of cleaning utensils at a nearby Dhaba while managing education simultaneously. It went on until the age of 11 when she was raped by her cousin’s brother.

• Education and career of Miss Naaz Joshi

With an incredible interest in the fashion niche, Naaz studied fashion technology from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) Delhi and later completed MBA in marketing, however, did not find an acceptable job with a stable working environment anywhere and then had to take up a job in a massage parlor in Delhi. Naaz Joshi underwent the Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS) in 2013 and took up modeling as a career.
Naaz then started directing beauty pageants for trans women, and it was in 2017 that she exemplified the country for the competition and won it, following which her parents also called up.

1) Miss Naaz Joshi, do you feel destined enough to have reached the highest pinnacle of success in your life?

Answer – I feel that my hard work and determination paved the way for what I am today, Destiny had a small role in shaping my dreams but above all, it was my burning desire and dreams which made me pursue my passion for Film and Beauty Industry.

2) After such incessant struggles in your life, what are your learnings from them?

Answer – We live in such a harsh world where to date no recognition has been given to trans women, either people see them as sex workers, beggars, or bar dancers. Having witnessed all the unprecedented access to life and being raised from this background made me acknowledged how to tackle things more prudently and passionately. I have organized several beauty and fashion platforms for women to let them enhance their dreams come out and additionally I have relentlessly provided various underprivileged kids with learning kits under my Naaz Foundation.


3) Tell us a bit about various social causes you are supporting and volunteering for!

Answer – Initially, I have associated myself with the Naaz Foundation which caters to the need of underprivileged children. There are so many slum areas in Delhi where children don’t have basic needs imagine any electricity, no water supply, no education. I am trying my level best to give these kids a better and a hopeful future. Also, I will urge other people to sponsor their education as these kids are the future of our country, If they are empowered then our country will be empowered.

4) Do you have any future political ambitions with whom you would like to associate yourself with!

Answer – At this stage of my life, I don’t plan to enter politics since I am equipped with my beauty pageants and Social work. I wonder what the government is doing after seeing so many crises in this country, Roads are in pathetic conditions, after paying all the GST, taxes, etc we citizens are not getting the necessities. I hope these conditions improve. Maybe, at a later stage, I will plan of entering Indian Politics.


5) What would be your message to the youth of the country who considers you as an inspiration for your extraordinary achievements.

Answer – “God has not made everyone perfect, we all have some basic imperfections inside us, we should appreciate and love them”. Also, I would say it’s better to become deaf to people who keep on ranting and taunting you! It’s better to ignore pessimistic people and hopefully one day they will be astonished to see your success as it happened in my case. If you have a dream then follow it, I promise you will achieve it in your life.

6) Tell us a bit about your future endeavors, which beauty pageants you are planning for 2021?

Answer – I aspire of working with ALT Balaji Productions for their upcoming films as well as web series. I would also love to be in Big Boss on Colours Viacom 18. I completely love and adore Ekta Kapoor. She represents real-life projections on cinema in a truly amazing and outstanding way. I would love to land myself in many prominent web series and films. Additionally, I am gearing up for my next beauty pageants in Dubai to be held in May 2021.
